The position

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join the thriving team that works on integrating our talent into campaigns with the brands, agencies and publishers we work with on a daily basis. As a coordinator, you’ll be directly supporting agents who source and negotiate these opportunities, as well as working with talent and their respective teams to ensure the successful execution of their activations. Once a campaign is complete, your responsibilities will include communication and coordination with our back office team to finalize payment in a timely fashion and ensure client satisfaction.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be tracking and otherwise involved in multiple projects simultaneously, often at different stages, while relaying information between all of the parties involved. While your initial responsibilities will be heavily skewed towards departmental organization and administrative support, it is expected that your purview will grow alongside your experience. The ideal candidate will be one who is capable of taking on increasingly sophisticated and brand-facing responsibilities while maintaining their routine responsibilities, ultimately advancing to the position of agent.


What you’ll be doing

  • Developing a deep familiarity with our roster, then assisting our agents with brand pitches by making educated talent suggestions as well as assembling tailored decks and other pitch materials.

  • Joining agents on pitch meetings (calls, in-person meetings and eventually events), recording key project information, learning from and eventually assisting agents with strategy.

  • Building structured activation sheets for talent & their teams containing key dates and deliverables. Assisting agents with kick-offs, meticulously tracking deliverable completion and answering talent questions as they arise.

  • Working with the back office for campaign logistics (agreement review, CRM activity logging, invoicing).

  • Assisting with the creation of campaign success reports, case studies and talent decks.

  • Proactively collecting information from talent and their respective agents regarding their goals and needs as it relates to brand partnerships.


Preferred criteria

  • 1+ year working in an assistant or administrative capacity - ideally within entertainment (agency experience is a plus!) - where you will have learned the best practices for organization and client communication.

  • Basic understanding of the digital content creator ecosystem.

  • Passionate about the gaming/digital entertainment industry.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive planner, and methodical record keeper.

  • Ability to prioritize projects, solve problems, engage in critical thinking and anticipate needs.

  • Based out of Los Angeles, CA or US-based and open to relocating (when public health conditions allow).


Bonus criteria

  • Experience working with digital content creators or in influencer marketing.

  • Familiarity with video games, game publishers, and/or one or more esports titles.

  • Network of existing relationships with brands & creative agencies, especially those operating in the digital, gaming and/or esports space.
